This is an oval chainring for original OEM 130 BCD cranks. The absoluteBLACK chainring, a 1x chainring with 130/5 BCD, has been specifically designed for the original Brompton crank. It is the perfect choice for a folding bike setup with 'narrow-wide' teeth. Mounting screws are included. The oval chainring helps achieve a smooth pedal stroke, reduces fatigue, and alleviates knee pain.

Installation instructions:
How to install the Brompton 1X 130/5 oval chainring: First, you need to remove the crank from the bike. After removal, unscrew the 5 screws holding the original chainring. Position the absoluteBLACK chainring behind the crank so that 4 tabs on the chainring holes fit directly into the crank arms. Please note that one hole is larger than the other - this must sit directly behind the crank arm, and the original bolt should be used to secure it. Use the 4 included AB screws to attach the chainring with a T-30 Torx key with a torque of about 5-7 Nm. Reattach your crank to the bike. Always use a new chain with a new chainring.
