The V2 of the 77designz Crash Plate is made from sturdy 7075 T6 aluminum and provides essential protection for the chainring, whether round or oval, during ground contact (for oval chainrings, simply add 2 teeth). With 8 different colors and 4 different sizes available, there should be a suitable option for every bike. Compared to the V1, the alignment has been optimized, and thanks to an elongated hole, the Taco now also fits Santa Cruz carbon frames. Removing the crank is not necessary for the installation of the Crash Plate, making the assembly very simple and quick, taking just a few minutes. The minimal overlap of the Taco Bashguard offers optimal ground clearance while providing excellent protection for the chainring without being bulky. The Crash Plate can be easily combined with the Iscg 05 chain guides from 77designz, with only the connector required. Delivery includes: Plate, 2x hollow bolts M6x11 for Torx25.
