The unique feature of this innovative sling trainer is the elastic bungee elements. They allow for training with more dynamics and efficiency, as each movement is met with a counter-movement. This elastic motion ensures that both the target muscle and its opposing muscle are engaged in every exercise, training complete muscle chains with each movement. Additionally, the muscles are continuously loaded throughout the entire exercise, achieving a movement frequency that is twice as high. The resistance from the bungee elements provides an additional training stimulus during the final phase of the movement. All of this enables faster muscle building while simultaneously increasing explosive strength, burning more calories per unit of time, and enhancing athletic performance.
