To ensure a perfect fit for the knee and elbow pads, measure the circumference of the extended knee and elbow and adjust to the sizes listed below:

• XS: Knee - 11-13 cm, Elbow - 6-8 cm

• L/XL: Knee - 15-17 cm, Elbow - 10-12 cm
