Product details

Pasta made exclusively from durum wheat semolina from organic Italian cultivation. Using a traditional method, the dough is slowly and under high pressure pressed through bronze die plates. This gives the pasta a high density and thus excellent cooking and bite resistance. The gentle drying process preserves vital and flavor substances. Without the addition of eggs. Packaging is 100% paper.
