The 4-ply Gründl Hot Socks "Lazise" yarn weighs approximately 100 g and has a length of about 420 m. With a composition of 75% virgin wool and 25% polyamide, and labeled "superwash," it can be washed in a gentle cycle at 40 °C. A needle size of 2.5 – 3 is recommended. This sock yarn is not only suitable for knitting socks but also for sweaters, scarves, hats, gloves, blankets, and cushions. Approximately 100 g is needed for a pair of socks up to size 46, and a sweater in size 38 can be knitted with about 500 g of the yarn.
