Although a certain rethinking with regard to otherworldly worlds has gradually set in among broader social strata, there is still a frightening ignorance about what happens immediately after death to those who have shed their bodily shell.
Whoever unexpectedly or completely ignorantly enters from this world into another is not infrequently very confused, wanders about completely unsettled and tries to cling to those whom he knew on earth. His old surroundings, too, are naturally still familiar to him. Here he tries to remain.
Very few of those who get stuck in this limbo have evil intentions. They are simply insecure and fearful and cling to their survivors, sometimes like a drowning man to his rescuer. It is obvious that such an approach is not very pleasant for the earth beings.
