Education is linked to (neuro)biological processes. Ignoring this provokes challenging behavior. The case studies deliberately focus on extreme biological conditions: autism, Down syndrome, Tourette syndrome, epilepsy. André Frank Zimpel demonstrates that the key to sustainable success lies in approaching the inner perspective of seemingly failing children, adolescents, or adults. For less severe learning difficulties, this is even more true: biological limits pose a challenge, but they are not an insurmountable obstacle.
