Hermann Simon, born in 1947, internationally sought-after management thinker, successful entrepreneur and pricing specialist, discovered his interest in prices as a child: on his parents' farm and at the pig market. His life story begins typically in a German farming village - and leads very unusually to a great business career. As the discoverer of the "hidden champions", the unknown world market leaders, he himself built up the most internationally successful German consultancy in just a few decades: Simon-Kucher & Partners, based in Bonn, is today the world market leader for price management - represented at 36 locations in Europe, the USA, Asia, South America, Canada, Australia ...
