Integration aims to incorporate all children into regular schools. Interdisciplinary collaboration plays an important role in this process. The focus of this work is on team development between special education teachers and regular classroom teachers. How should collaboration related to teaching be organized? What are the opportunities and risks? Specifically, the study examines which aspects of a conversation promote effective collaboration. The cooperation between teachers and specialized educators is essential for successful integration. New forms of collaboration need to be found. These changes bring about a new understanding of the profession that challenges teachers. The work includes checklists for conversations between special education teachers and regular classroom teachers. Using the example of an initial meeting, it illustrates how the preparation, follow-up, and execution of a conversation could look. This work is primarily aimed at school-based special education teachers.
