This book is the first work that addresses the satisfaction of residents with the services offered in the Middle East and North Africa. It assesses residents' satisfaction with infrastructure, public transportation, and telecommunications in the MENA region, which includes 24 countries in the Middle East and North Africa, covering a total area of about 15 million km² and a population of over 578 million people, using the United Arab Emirates as a benchmark. The book identifies the factors that influence residents' satisfaction regarding infrastructure, public transportation, and telecommunications components. It outlines the research framework, identifies the research objectives, defines the research questions, establishes the null hypotheses of the research, determines the scope of the research, and clarifies the significance of the study. Additionally, it presents both the theoretical and practical importance of this topic, specifying the relevant dimensions and detailing the research methodology, including the research questions, sampling technique, questionnaire design, data collection, and data analysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS Version 22 and AMOS Version 22.
