Grandma Grace is Zoe's closest friend and ally, who knows that Zoe has the biggest heart in the world. Grandma is always on her side, even when Zoe snaps at her parents for disagreeing with her. Especially when Zoe has to stand up to her cousin or is bullied at school. But Grandma Grace sometimes forgets things, and it keeps getting worse. When Zoe's parents decide to place Grace in a nursing home for Alzheimer’s patients, Zoe decides to run away with her beloved grandma. Together, they want to search for Zoe's missing uncle. It will be an adventurous journey with some challenges, but also one full of surprises and unexpected joy.
