Zinkoxid-Nanopartikel (ZnONP) gegen Bakterienstämme

The synthesized nanoparticles were spherical and had an estimated size of 200 nm. The nanoparticles were surrounded by a thin layer of proteins that exhibited functional groups such as amines, alcohols, ketones, and aldehydes. Various techniques such as UV-vis spectroscopy, FT-IR, XRD, SEM, DLS, and fluorescence emission spectra demonstrated that the ratio of Bacillus sp-mediated ZnO+-nanoparticles to metal ions plays an important role in the shape and characterization of the nanoparticles.
