In this volume of the series on psychosocial health, Helmut Pauls and Michael Reicherts develop the concept of a goal achievement analysis (ZEA). The concept is presented in a very differentiated way and supported by many examples. Based on the demand of the empirical proof of the effectiveness of the used advisory, supporting and/or therapeutic measures by the cost units a model is presented, which realizes on the one hand an exact measurement of actual and target condition, which is on the other hand however not obligated to a pure expert model.
