ZERA - behind this name lies a training concept that gradually and in small steps reintroduces people with mental health issues to their abilities. The focus is on promoting self-help and coping strategies, as well as sharing experiences with others. The 20 sessions are structured in a modular format, making them flexible to implement. The training concept guides participants in a very differentiated manner and in small steps towards their individual capabilities. This allows for a significant expansion of their knowledge about their mental health condition and suitable work and support systems.
