Time is the most valuable and scarce resource we have. How we manage our time and what we do with it is a fundamental question. This is even more true when it comes to a leadership role, as the director's time does not belong to them but to those who depend on them. This is especially critical when the institution being led is a school in crisis, requiring bold and precise answers. How can a school leader address current and future challenges if not through the efficient use of their most important resource: time? This is the aim of this book: to explore the necessity and significance of time management in schools, while connecting time, the management function, and awareness of the ideal, the perceived, and the real. The goal is to determine the influence and potential contribution of these factors to a thoughtful, conscious, objective, and systematic management of a manager's time.
