On their way to the city, Tim and Billy are nearly run over by a motorcycle. Immediately, the two young agents give chase and witness the rider switch to a motorboat to escape the police. The secret service decides: not a case for the Young Agents! So, Billy and Abena head to the school camp as planned. However, when the two discover the escape motorcycle on a farm near their youth hostel, they are spotted by the criminals, who then take the entire school class hostage. In their attempt to rescue the students, the Young Agents discover that this is not about money, but rather about secret government documents.
