Yoga für Jugendliche

The time of growing up is a special and exciting phase in which most adolescents feel "somehow in between." Questions of meaning and a rapidly changing body can present significant challenges. Often, their surroundings respond with misunderstanding to some of their ideas, reactions, and feelings. What exactly happens during puberty? Why are teenagers sometimes so "different"? These are questions that the author has also pondered.

This book aims to fill a gap and show what makes this age so special. The time between childhood and adulthood is extremely exciting and creative. Therefore, we take a holistic view of the individual during this time and explore how we can be an authentic and secure companion for adolescents. Through yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques, we can provide young people with wonderful opportunities to become confident, resilient, and happy adults.
