Teaching the miracles and parables of Jesus in a competence-oriented way is possible with this practical material. The core of Jesus' proclamation and actions is the message of the dawning of the Kingdom of God. This volume presents Jesus' message of the kingdom of God by means of exemplary parables and miracles and translates its claim and promise into the reality of life for lower secondary school pupils. In keeping with the age group, creative and creative adaptations of the biblical stories are given greater consideration than historical-critical approaches, although these are not completely excluded.
