At the end of every scientific inquiry lies wonder. Every answer brings forth new questions: What fills the vacuum? And why did it become the Earth and not "nothing"? In the end, one is astonished to realize: All these insights contribute to the enchantment of the world and do not, as is often claimed, lead to a disillusionment of the reality that surrounds us. Wonder is the beginning of all philosophy – and it is precisely here that a bridge leads to belief in a creator of this marvelous world, a bridge that anyone can cross who is still capable of marveling at nature and what has been happening in it from the very beginning to this day.
