The teaching and workbook covers all essential topics of the subject "Economics and Business Studies" for non-commercial vocational training and takes into account the KMK guidelines. It is structured according to the 14 learning areas of the curriculum. The learning areas of the book relate to young people in the working world and consider the interconnections between economic, legal, social, and ecological aspects.

The teaching and workbook is designed in a practical A4 format and follows a double-page principle: The left page contains the teaching content in a concentrated form and appealing presentation, while the right page includes the corresponding assignments. The assignments are chosen in such a way that they not only test factual knowledge but also provide stimuli for independent engagement and assessment of economic and business-related issues.

The expansion of students' methodological competence through the use of various methods in the assignments encourages independent work. A quick and clear introduction to each topic offers good exam preparation. The training of technical language is facilitated through texts that remain comprehensible.
