And so, in August of the following year, she travels back to the island full of expectation, not just to visit her mother's grave.As always with Gabriel García Márquez, the skilful drawing of the characters, the vivid and atmospherically dense descriptions and the musicality of the language are fascinating. "See you in August" is a small work of art that will delight both García Márquez fans and new readers.
