Product details

Inspired by the Hippocratic statement that our food should be our remedies and our remedies should be our food, the Russian physician Galina Shatalova has developed a concept of natural healing. She is convinced that humans can reach an age of 150 years with appropriate nutrition. She strictly opposes the calorie theory of a balanced diet, which is contrary to human nature. According to their statement, the human organism is fixated exclusively on plant foods and does not need more than 250 to 400 calories of daily food intake to maintain basic metabolism. Everything that we eat too much burdens the body and must be "disposed of" by it, so that man does not reach his "normal life span" of 150 years. In her book, Schatalova explains the anatomical and physiological background of her concept and reports on her experiences during his practical testing. The reader gains interesting insights into their daily work and research routine and receives important information on medicinal herbs, cooking recipes and relaxation exercises, so that they can practice their comprehensive health concept themselves.
