Wir experimentieren mit Feuer und Flamme

A blazing fire does not play a central role in our daily lives. We generally do not use a burning campfire or fireplace to keep warm. Nowadays, there is no cooking area with a flickering flame, which in the past was important not only for food preparation but also for social interaction. Nevertheless, fire is an integral part of our children's lives, especially during the dark season or when Easter bonfires are lit. Almost all children are captivated when they see a fire truck in action. Fire fascinates children, and this is where education should focus. With this learning workshop for grades 3 and 4, children can pursue their curiosity and practice responsible handling of fire. The importance of this is highlighted by the still frequent fires caused by "smoldering" children.
