At universities, professors are increasingly being dismissed or demoted from high positions because they somehow cause disturbances. But when does a professor disrupt? The media reports on unpopular statements, incorrect attitudes, bullying, or abuse of power. However, this is only part of the story. This book looks at the structures behind these cases and shows that dismissals repeatedly affect certain groups of people.
