The plan for German world domination: "The Nordic race has a right to rule the world, and we must make this right of the race the guiding star of our foreign policy. Believe me, all of National Socialism would be worthless if it were limited to Germany and did not exercise the rule of the superior race over the entire world for at least 1000 to 1200 years." This statement by Hitler from 1930 not only reflects megalomania and fantasy. It was a program. And not just that. For shortly thereafter, intelligent and willing minds in the party offices and authorities of the "Third Reich" were working on the implementation of this program, on detailed plans for the time after the final victory.

How Germany, how Western Europe, how the world would look after the victorious war was described in numerous position papers, directives, and regulations that were just waiting to be pulled from the drawer...
