Christmas, the celebration of Christ's birth, is intertwined with our most beautiful childhood memories. What could be more beautiful than the Advent stars with their promising light, what could be more splendid than the radiant Christmas tree, what could be more mysterious than the Christ Child, who appears unnoticed in the darkness of night and fills our shoes, which we place outside the door, with sweets and pastries, what could be more unsettling than St. Nicholas, than Knecht Ruprecht, than the Bumann or Bullkater, who distributes gifts and reprimands, depending on the behavior and merits of the respective child. This volume contains nineteen Christmas stories by Pomeranian authors, framed by five Christmas poems and songs.
