Wealth Management

The business with high-net-worth private clients represents an interesting source of revenue for credit institutions. The optimal alignment of the wealth management process with the needs and requirements of this client segment is essential for sustained competitiveness. This work not only presents the theoretical foundations but also the practical implementation, aiming to highlight future improvement potentials through a comparison between theory and practice (Switzerland vs. Austria). The author, Daniela Lenzi, has supplemented her well-founded argumentation with literature research and six expert interviews conducted using a questionnaire at three Swiss and three Austrian credit institutions (two major banks and one regional bank in each country). The book is aimed at customer advisors and product managers in banks, portfolio managers, and business students.
