Product details
Nanotechnology in drinking water and wastewater treatment is of great importance. The treatment of contaminated water and wastewater using a simple and cost-effective method is essential for human health and the environment. Remarkable nanoscale properties, such as excellent adsorption capabilities, enhanced photocatalysis, and high reactivity, have fostered dynamic innovations worldwide. Metal and metal oxide nanoparticles are used as adsorbents for the removal of pollutants from water. The morphology and size of the obtained nanocomposites were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray, and transmission electron microscopy.
