Walter:Das grosse Tajine-Kochbuch

Jochen Walter spent his childhood and youth in the Allgäu region. Since 1994, he has been living in an old farmhouse near Leutkirch, which also serves as the headquarters for his business. He has additional residences with Tajine storage locations in Munich, Berlin, and Sidi Ifni in Morocco. Numerous travels have taken him to Brazil, Thailand, and Egypt, as well as frequently to Morocco. In 1994, he first encountered Moroccan craftsmanship, particularly the Tajine as a universal cooking vessel. Jochen Walter primarily sells his Tajines at markets, festivals, and fairs throughout Europe. Among the most well-known are the Africa Festival in Würzburg and the Tollwood Festival in Munich, which takes place twice a year.
