They come when it rains - the earthworms. But why is that? And what are earthworms actually for? The children delve into these and many other questions in this project. Through creative activities that address various educational areas, they engage with the earthworm. The children discover what it looks like, where it gets its name from, and explore what the earthworm eats and which animals it needs to be wary of. With a diverse selection of picture puzzles, craft activities, recipes, and coloring pages, the topic is presented to the children in a hands-on manner. The experiment "Observing Earthworms," the song "Here Comes an Earthworm Crawling," and the "Dream Journey to Earthworm Land" engage all of the children's senses and enhance their skills.
