Interaktionistischer Konstruktivismus

In the field of social analysis, system theory has sparked important discussions. The question of what contributions system theory provides for the analysis of socialization and subject formation leads into relatively uncharted territory. This volume explores this question and attempts to connect established structural-genetic socialization theories with system-theoretical perspectives. The opposition found in socialization theories between subject-centered and sociological explanatory approaches can be resolved when the distinct organization of subjective and social processes is taken into account with system theory. The studies focus on both processes of development and socialization as well as methodological and methodological questions.
