The methodology of re-training in the final phase of rehabilitation after a knee ligament reconstruction, specifically in sports rehabilitation. This phase is very important and represents a modern component of a functional and comprehensive approach that develops the knowledge and intelligence of the knee joint. The rehabilitation training must be conducted well to provide the patient with good mobility, strong muscle strength, and proper function, and most importantly, to enable them to return to their pre-injury level. In addition to intensive exercises, it would be interesting to experiment with the effects of other methods, such as cycling in water or running on a treadmill with an unloading belt, which allows for much earlier aerobic training recovery.
