Von der Prozess-Analyse zum Prozess-Controlling

This book develops a concept for process controlling and analyses to what extent such a concept can be used sensibly and profitably in hospitals. The aim is to present and extend already existing instruments. Such an instrument from controlling is process design with its significant characteristics of time and space, costs and services, quality and risk and finally customer satisfaction. The problem areas are approached from different perspectives and combined into possible solutions. The concept is intended to help meet the requirements of the market in order to successfully compete in the market. Processes should not simply run unobserved, but should be actively designed. The intention here is to creatively think ahead and constantly question process flows.
