Vom Wörterlesen zum Textverstehen

If children can read individual words, this often does not mean that they understand the meaning of what they read. How can they be led to grasp the meaning of texts? From reading and assigning individual words to pictures, to understanding larger units of meaning in word groups and sentences, children gradually come to understand texts. Understanding the content often leads to a laugh - after all, reading should be fun. The photocopying templates are just as suitable for independent reading training during weekly schedule work and in ward learning as they are for classroom teaching in primary and special schools.
