Sophie Andresky, born in 1973, has become Germany's most-read author in the field of erotic literature with her collections of short stories. Her articles have appeared in magazines such as Penthouse, Für Sie, and Young. Since early 2009, she has been a columnist for Cosmopolitan. "Vögelfrei" is her first novel. She lives in Berlin.
