Two bodies on a single day in the idyllic little town of Bodstedt by the Bodden. This can't be a coincidence. Inspectors Brandtner and Thelen are investigating. While one of the deceased is quickly identified, the other remains a mystery. Brandtner has to find a replacement after his colleague suffers a sports accident. To make matters worse, he is also forced to supervise his five-year-old niece. It is only when the second victim is named that clarity begins to emerge. But questions remain. Did the men know each other? What kind of treasure were they searching for? Does this treasure even exist?.
