Karo Wagner is the owner of the Vinyasa Yoga Academy, which has been successfully training and educating yoga teachers nationwide since 2003, as well as in Switzerland, Austria, and Poland. Karo teaches and loves Vinyasa Yoga as well as the calming Yin Yoga. She has also found her home in modern meditation techniques. Her videos are available on YouTube in the channels "HappyAndFitYoga" and "Yogasistars" for free practice at home. She travels across Europe with her team for congresses, events, and workshops, living modern yoga with full heart and passion. Anna Kramer is a yoga teacher and MindWalking coach. Just like yoga, MindWalking is a training for individual sustainable personal development. While asanas emphasize the physical aspect, MindWalking promotes mental self-determination and responsibility. Both approaches merge into an excellent holistic path of spiritual self-discovery.
