The conception:

This standard work on administrative procedural law is suitable due to its didactic preparation both for students to accompany lectures and prepare for examinations in administrative law in the First Jurisprudence Examination, as well as in the legal traineeship as a reference work for administrative procedural questions.

The presentation is oriented towards the individual exam stations that have to be completed in an administrative procedural exam and in this way clearly and memorably conveys at which point the respective problem is to be discussed, whereby its systematic allocation also becomes visible.

It is a particular concern to deal with exam-relevant questions in depth and to always clarify the connections between administrative procedural law and substantive administrative law. The individual chapters are preceded by cases that are solved at the end of each topic. Numerous diagrams and overviews also make the material easier to remember.
