Vertragsabschlusspraxis deutscher Unternehmen

The survey of more than 1,200 experts provides essential insights into the contracting practices of German companies. The focus is on the question of the significance of contractual liability limitations and how the parties involved deal with the restrictions of §§ 305 ff. BGB in this context. This includes, among other things, information on the contracting process, from which it can be inferred to what extent the agreements may be exempt from content control as individual agreements. Furthermore, the study also provides data on fundamental issues such as the prevalence of legal departments and the proportion of cross-border contracts.
