Product details
The work deals with the difficulties of attributing intent in criminal law. Beyond the dogmatic discussion, the question arises whether scientific arguments regarding intent attribution can pave the way for just decisions. By analyzing the controversial legal concept of aberratio ictus and its inconsistencies, this study attempts to provide a general critique of criminal law scholarship on various levels of argumentation, particularly its claim to lead to correct decisions through a systematic approach to crime.
