If we had the choice, we might prefer to completely avoid them: negative feelings. However, we do not have that choice, and so we live with unwanted emotions, experiencing anger, heartbreak, envy, and fear. Yet, dark emotions are not our enemies. They indicate where something is amiss in our lives or in our psyche. By engaging with them, we can not only learn to handle them more confidently but also use them to better unlock our potential.
