Product details
The behavior training in kindergarten is a universal prevention program aimed at promoting emotional and social skills. It is designed for children aged three to six years. Through play, children learn to recognize feelings in themselves and others and to better manage conflicts in everyday life. They address typical conflicts from kindergarten life, practice positive behavior in role plays, and thus expand their competencies in social situations.
The training is age-appropriate and motivates children to actively participate through engaging materials. It features guiding figures (Dolphin Finn, Sina, and Benny) that help children work through their own problems. The training in kindergarten is intended to create a better learning atmosphere within the group and to reduce early signs of behavioral problems in children. The revised edition takes into account current findings on children's emotional development and the effectiveness of the training, providing additional guidance for implementing the training program in kindergarten. Visual materials and worksheets for conducting the training can be printed directly from the accompanying CD-ROM. In addition to the book, game materials are also available.
