Vergleichstudie Power-Plate vs. Galileo-Training

Vibration training is becoming increasingly popular in fitness facilities. Dr. Jens Ebing, a professor at the University of Applied Sciences for Sport and Management in Potsdam, focused on the topic of vibration training in his doctoral research at the Center for Muscle and Bone Research at Charité Berlin Campus Benjamin Franklin. The aim was to investigate the effectiveness and efficacy of vibration training systems. The positive effects of systematic whole-body vibrations within exercise programs are undisputed. However, there is significantly less agreement regarding the corresponding mechanisms of action of vibrations. The study presented aims to contribute to the understanding of the specific effects of different types of vibration devices.
