Velbrück Bunte Steine

Marianne Schuller (2023) was a professor of modern German literature at the University of Hamburg until 2007. Previously, she worked as a dramaturg at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg and the Theater am Goetheplatz Bremen, among other positions. She has held visiting professorships at various American universities and at Leuphana University Lüneburg. Her publications with Velbrück Wissenschaft include: Kafka. Organization, Law, and Writing (2019, co-edited with Günther Ortmann). Günther Ortmann was a professor of management at the University of Witten/Herdecke until 2022. His works published by Velbrück Wissenschaft include: Organization and Morality (2010), The Art of Decision-Making (2011), Not Yet/No Longer (2015), Kafka (2019, co-edited with Marianne Schuller), and Organization and Myth (2023, co-edited with Thomas Klatetzki). Iris Därmann is a professor of cultural theory and cultural studies aesthetics at the Institute for Cultural Studies at Humboldt University of Berlin. She has been the Caroline von Humboldt Professor since 2017 and has been a member of the board of trustees of the German Hygiene Museum Foundation since January 2018. In 2022, she was awarded the Sigmund Freud Prize for Scientific Prose by the German Academy for Language and Poetry. Her publication with Velbrück Wissenschaft is: Experience of the Other and Representation (2002) with Christoph Jamme, Hans Gondek, and Stefan Knoche. Gunnar Schmidt (Prof. Dr.) teaches media studies and sound art in the design department at Trier University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, he was involved in research and teaching at the universities of Hamburg, Dortmund, Siegen, and the Folkwang University of the Arts.
