Product details
Regine Moser and Andrea Saxer focused on how companies can retain their valuable employees for as long as possible. After the introductory chapter, sustainable employee retention and work-life balance concerning high potentials are examined in detail. This is followed by a description of the research design and selected results from the quantitative and qualitative study, separated by company, before making intra- and inter-company comparisons. Finally, the results are discussed, and recommendations for implementation are provided. The authors are the winners of the Bernese Society for Human Resource Management (BGP) award for outstanding human resource management theses in 2002, as well as the winners of the Swiss Society for Organization and Management (SGO) award in the category of Li.
