Product details
Economic growth in China is enormous, with more and more companies emerging and a demand for labor. There has long been a "War of Talents" between local companies and transnational ones looking to benefit from the economic boom. Well-educated workers can choose their jobs and make demands. This paper discusses factors that enable a company to retain its staff. Employee turnover in China poses a significant problem for all companies. A key component of this work is an employee survey conducted at a German company in Taicang (near Shanghai). Based on this, a catalog of measures was developed to retain key personnel.
