Konzeption und Implementierung einer Multi-Client- / Server-DAW

When searching for professional music software on the market, one finds highly complex products from various manufacturers. However, none of these allow for both music production and presentation in a multi-client/server environment. This work therefore deals with the conception and implementation of a foundational application for music applications that combines these two requirements. Other innovative features of the application include compatibility with different processor architectures and operating systems, as well as the introduction of a multi-client/server architecture that encompasses fundamental data structures and methods for inter-process communication. However, since a final development of a complete music production environment within the scope of this work, which was originally written as a diploma thesis, is not a realistic goal, it remains unachieved.
