Systematic solutions assume that we all make our problems into problems ourselves. If we want to solve them, we must therefore contribute to the solution ourselves. We need to become part of the solution or even the solution itself. This is possible when we accept that we live in an environment that functions as it does, and that we coexist with people who behave as they do. It is about learning to cope with this. This volume focuses on the fundamentals of self-management.
