System und Körper: Kreative Methoden in der systemischen Praxis

Following on from the successful previous volume, the second volume on system and body presents eleven articles on how creative methods can be integrated into systemic practice. Playful ways of dealing with the inner censor (Thomas Reyer), possibilities of communicating with each other via talking walls (Stefan Schäkel), as well as ways of mindfulness and successful aggression management (Anett Renner) are presented, along with elements of the experience-oriented approach according to Albert Pesso (Bärbel and Günther Weier). How the whole family can be invited to play in the therapy room (Joseph Richter-Mackenstein), how lateral thinking and subsequent lateral action can be used in the therapy and counseling room (Frauke Nees), and how basic procedures of the Feldenkrais Method can be applied in an enriching way in the work with couples and individuals are also discussed.
